- I love to tan at Time Time.
I have been an ongoing customer since 1992. I have been through
location change and management change throughout these years and I keep on
coming back. The staff is very knowledgeable about the beds and the
latest and greatest lotions. The prices are also good and very
competitive. I also like the fact that everyone knows my name. I
walk in and they always say, "Hello, Tammy!" They all seem to try and
learn everyone's names to then be more personable. About a year ago, I
had tried going to another salon for something different. I ended up
hating it and went back the next day to Tan time. The other place was
not friendly and the rooms were so cramped you could not even turn around n

- Tanning at Tan Time is a
very relaxing and enjoyable experience; from walking in the door and ALWAYS
being greeted by name and until walking out the door and ALWAYS being
thanked. This seems to be a salon policy, and as a customer, it always
leaves me feeling like my business with Tan Time really matters and that
they really care about me. Tan Time has great specials. The
salon and beds are clean and spotless and extremely well maintained,
including tanning bulbs changed at regular intervals (which is important to
get the best tan possible.) I tried other salons before I started with
Tan Time in 2002. Now I cannot imagine tanning anywhere else.
So, to Michelle and all the staff, THANK YOU for the years of great service
I have received. Keep up the good work. You'll be seeing me for
a LONG TIME to come. ~ David T.
- I just
wanted to drop you all at Tan Time a quick email telling you that you have,
by far, the best tanning salon around. I have been coming to Tan Time since
2000 except for last year which I didn't tan. But, when I started back again
just recently, I was completely amazed that a couple of the girls actually
remembered my name and the ones who didn't remember me really seemed sincere
that they were sorry that they couldn't remember my name. That is very
impressive as I have been in customer service work for over 15 years and
really appreciate the extra effort that is very clear that all of the
employees ay Tan Time achieve. I have been to other salons where they have
a nice lobby area that would give a good first impression but their
employees weren't able to top it off with excellent customer service. That
is why I will always continue to go to Tan Time although there are other
salons that are closer to home. Keep up the good work!! ~ Karen N.
